VisitScotland Complaints

VisitScotland aims to provide a professional, quality service for our customers and we welcome any comments or feedback which will help us to improve our service.  We also recognise that things can go wrong and we would encourage customers to contact us if they are unhappy with any aspect of our marketing or customer service.  

We welcome the opportunity to put things right.

There are three stages at which a complaint will be considered.

Stage 1    

We will respond in full within 10 working days or if the answer is not yet complete within 10 working days, we will acknowledge your initial letter and explain who is dealing with the complaint and when you are likely to receive a full response

Stage 2    

If after you receive your response, you are still dissatisfied, you should then write to one of our Directors at the address given above
