In light of this Ballathie has seen a significant increase in food sales and repeat business.

Finalist - The Wheatsheaf at Swinton
After 14 years of trading, Alan and Julie Reid are very much aware of the increasing demand from customers for fresh local foods. Based in the Scottish Borders they work closely with local suppliers. Dishes are cooked to order, to ensure that each dish is fresh, full of flavour and pleasing to the eye, using the best ingredients to get the best results.
