A deliberately relaxed and informal approach has been taken, and the owners take the opportunity to visit the holidaymakers and get to know them. Guests are encouraged to approach Lynn or Iain Brown at their house, which is opposite the park at any time. Customer comment sheets are distributed and a complaints procedure is in place. Customer care is prioritised, and, in keeping with the style of the park and its small size, is kept on a fairly informal basis.
