After 65 years of operation, the level of customer care at this visitor attraction is exceptional. This visitor attraction is located on two sites, Kingussie and Newtonmore, and without exception, excellent customer care was received from all members of staff at both. Members of staff are motivated, with a sense of pride, enthusiasm and passion about the attraction and about informing visitors of life in the Highlands from the 1700''s onwards.
