The access inspection is made during the annual Quality Assurance (QA) Scheme visit, therefore establishments are reassessed annually or biennially in the case of visitor attractions. The access category is subject to the same conditions as that of the establishment's Quality Assurance award. Inspection is free for establishments which are members of the Quality Assurance Scheme; simply tick the appropriate box on the QA application form.
