Exclusive Use Venue
|
An Exclusive Use Venue provides accommodation exclusively for one customer or party with a minimum let of one day. It will normally have a minimum of three letting bedrooms, will hold a residential licence or equivalent and provide a full range of services to guests including all meals. The following documents are designed to provide you with all the information you need to know about the content and operation of the Exclusive Use Venue Quality Assurance Scheme. All guidance notes, criteria for classification, information on fees and application forms are available to download below. Each section should be read and understood before an application is made to join the Quality Assurance Scheme. Guidance Notes These assessors’ notes contain information on all the aspects which contribute to the quality grade of your establishment. Details of the percentages (and conditions) required to reach each star grade are given.
