Serviced Apartments are self catering properties where limited services, like cleaning or concierge, are provided.  Meals and drinks may be on offer.

Each section should be read and understood before an application is made to join the Quality Assurance Scheme.

Guidance Notes

These assessors’ notes contain information on all the aspects which contribute to the quality grade of your establishment. Details of the percentages (and conditions) required to reach each star grade are given.

Criteria for Serviced Apartment Classification

Each property is recognised by a classification ‘type’, and the range of facilities and services expected in the most appropriate classification for your establishment is contained here.
