Skills Passport for Employers

Developed in collaboration between VisitScotland and People 1st, the UK Skills Passport is a unique online tool for recording and maintaining employee skills profiles.

An employer can access the information to view or verify skills and qualifications, providing an opportunity to see an employees’s achievements at a glance and make the best use of the company’s training budget.

It is a proven system used in the food and hospitality, cleaning and construction industries. Overall the passport provides the functionality to identify skills gaps and provide a training log.
