North East Scotland Tourism Partnership - A Strategy And Action Plan For Growth The North East Scotland Tourism Partnership (NESTOUR) has completed a new Tourism Strategy and Action Plan, which will be presented to Scottish Ministers. The Strategy runs from 2006 to 2015 and the Action Plan covers the first three years. Progress updates on the delivery of the plan will be posted on the website periodically, so please check for details. The final versions of the documents are available below; these are quite lengthy, so please only print to hard copy if you absolutely have to.
