A Steering Group has been established to help drive this project forward. The group is chaired by Ian Gardner, Marketing Manager at the National Trust for Scotland.

The group’s primary roles are:

• Driving forward the strategic and operational approach of the project.
• Playing an ambassadorial role for the work of the project.
• Stimulating industry wide awareness and buy in.
• Working with the Project Managers to help ensure that the key outputs of the project are delivered.
• Ensuring that the projects being developed have a true commercially led approach.
