The Pride & Passion movement is all about ensuring that customers in Scotland have the best possible experience. We need to make sure, on a number of levels, that we make the most of all the opportunities open to us and create exceptional experiences, finding out and listening to what visitors want and working with our community and our team to deliver that and more. We all know that the world is opening up and there are more and more choices of places to go with an increasing number of things to do. This means we have to work that bit harder to get new customers and recognise that they are even more worldly wise and discerning than ever before. If we know what our customers want, we can easily meet those needs and even surpass them by doing that little bit extra. In the end, we want our customers to stay longer, to come back again and to recommend Scotland to their friends and families. After all, we all know that word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool around.
If customers are happy and enjoying themselves, then we'll feel good about our part in that, it's also good for business, our area and ultimately Scotland. The Pride & Passion movement was started by a group of individuals in the tourism industry.
