Aims	The association plays a key role in alerting the government to the importance of the hospitality industry in creating employment and wealth for the nation. In addition it fights the industry's corner against the rising tide of rules and regulations which threaten to limit the industry''s ability to create 400,000 new hospitality jobs which it is forecast will be created over the next 10 years.
